Terms and Conditions for Commercial Cleaning Service
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of commercial cleaning services (the "Services") by TRU-CLN ("Company") to the client ("Client"). By engaging our Services, the Client agrees to adhere to the following terms:
1. Service Scope
1.1. The Company agrees to provide commercial cleaning services as outlined in the Service Agreement or as otherwise mutually agreed upon.
1.2. Any additional services requested by the Client, not included in the original Service Agreement, will be subject to separate terms and pricing.
2. Pricing and Payment
2.1. The Client agrees to pay the Company the agreed-upon fee as specified in the Service Agreement or as otherwise agreed upon.
2.2. Payment for services rendered is due on a monthly basis.
2.3. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the Service Agreement or as permitted by applicable laws.
3. Access and Security
3.1. The Client shall provide the Company with access to the premises during the agreed-upon service hours.
3.2. The Client is responsible for the security of their premises and any valuables. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage to the Client's property unless it results from the Company's negligence.
4. Cancellation and Termination
4.1. Either party may terminate the Service Agreement with written notice as specified in the Service Agreement or as required by applicable laws.
4.2. In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay for any services rendered up to the termination date.
5. Liability and Insurance
5.1. The Company maintains liability insurance coverage for its services. However, the Client is encouraged to maintain their insurance coverage for any potential claims related to the Services.
5.2. The Company is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the Client's or their employees' negligence or misconduct.
6. Confidentiality
6.1. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information obtained during the provision of Services.
7. Warranty
7.1. The Company warrants that the Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.
8. Safety
8.1. The Company will comply with all applicable safety regulations and guidelines while providing Services.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, through mediation or arbitration, or as required by applicable laws.
10. Governing Law
10.1. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of where the service has been provided.
11. Entire Agreement
11.1. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and the Company and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
12. Amendment
12.1. Any changes or modifications to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
13. Severability
13.1. If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By engaging our Services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms may be subject to change, and the Client will be notified of any amendments in writing.
No-Refund Policy for Unsatisfactory Customer Service
At TRU-CLN, we are committed to providing the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. However, in certain situations where a customer is dissatisfied with our service, we have established a clear "No-Refund" policy to ensure transparency and fairness.
